Are *you* putting in the work? Not just in therapy sessions, but outside of therapy? I always use the gym analogy. If you only see your trainer once a week, and that's all the exercising you do, you're not likely to make much progress. But if you see the trainer once a week, and you exercise daily, you're going to progress much more rapidly. Does your therapist give you skills to practice at home. Either in private, or public exercises?
