Yeah I do too! Sometimes I have good and bad days too, but for me my stutter will be good for a week to a month then bad for a while. The reason why the severity of stutters changes so often (like day to day or in different situations) is because stutters are very situational, meaning that they are greatly influenced by a whole lot of stuff in whatever situation you are in. This can external like be how many people are around, who is there, where you are, stuff like that. It can also be internal like how stressed or anxious you are. It can be really had to determine what actually makes your stutter better or worse because of the huge range of factors that have an effect. Personally, I've worked out that my stutter gets bad in situations with a lot of people, if I'm asking a question unprompted (like asking a teacher to go to the bathroom ugh I stutter so bad), if I'm reading outloud, if I drink alcohol, or if I'm dealing with grief. But things that make it better are talking to just one person or talking about a topic I'm really passionate about. I hope this helps!
