For phone calls I like to have a pen and paper with me and I write the word as I’m saying it to avoid or stop blocks. It works pretty well especially with saying my name and spelling it. The writing sort of unlocks my tongue. I think it‘s because my mind is occupied with another task and I don’t think about speaking, i just speak.
