Daniel arsham once said: if you don't get the opportunity, create your own opportunity. (Noone wanted to display his art so he rented a place to display it himself. He is now one of the most successful modern artists). I also have excellent grades and interviewers tell me how good my portfolio is but somehow they always change their minds and pick someone else with less skills. I guess because the others are better with selling themselves. I don't stutter by the way, I am in this sub because my brother has a extremely severe stutter and I want to learn about this condition. I am almost giving up looking for a job because of all the rejections even tho many people around me admire my skills and work. Now I will try to make myself a good online presence and sell my services and products online. Making my own opportunitiy. Maybe working online is also a option for you, even if it is a huge leap of faith to ditch a employment job and taking things into your own hands (at least for me it is a huge step). Wish you all the best to live a fulfilling life without having to depend on the acceptance of others. Only Jesus is accepting everyone with all their faults. Don't rely on humans too much
