"I'll be a failure because I know that I'll be a failure" is a self-fulfilling prophecy and does you no favors. To counter "everybody complaining about their lives" - I'm 40 with a wife and kids, in a very successful career, with a stutter. I didn't think I'd live past 23 when I was 18. Consider psychotherapy. It might not cure your stutter, but you don't have to be miserable. I know that pain, my heart goes out to you. Make the effort to do good things for yourself, because you're worth it - you're not a bad person.
