Sorry I wasn't clear. It makes the stuttering much worse. I feel tensed, nervous, even more anxious. I start blocking a lot more. It's like speaking becomes much more difficult physically and really exhausting. I can speak fluently alone, but after I do a heavy workout my fluency goes to hell even when I am alone. It's interesting because the general opinion is that exercise helps with stuttering. Not the case with me unfortunatelly.
