Hey, I know it's hard but you're still young. Keep your head high. I have stuttered since I was little too, and I (29) just got married to my wife, who just happens to love me AND my stutter. I didn't really date seriously between the ages of 17 til 24 when I met her. I also felt a little hopeless, and lacked confidence, and then she seriously came out of nowhere. So my advice is keep your head high, keep working on yourself to become better and the right person will meet you and accept you for you.
