People avoid me because of my stutter.
Content
People avoid me because of my stutter. This happens all the time. I don’t really blame them because I’d be a bit uncomfortable if I was in their position, but it sill hurts. I feel like I could accomplish so much more when it comes to being social and making friends but it just doesn’t work out. As soon as I stutter when in a conversation, people just stop listening and change the subject. I want to be able to meet new people without a constant fear of making a fool of myself. Does anybody else feel the same? Sorry if this came off negative, just needed to vent a bit. Despite all of this, I’m still going to try my best to have a positive mindset. :)
