A lot of my stuttering has to do with my self esteem. If I'm feeling down one day I'll noticeably start stuttering more than usual. If I'm more confident than ever, I'll stutter less or be nearly 100% fluent. I'm not sure if yours is like that but this is what I do... Don't have that attitude thinking that people are too important for you. It's very self defeating and probably one of the things that may trigger more stuttering. You're just as important as everybody else, if not more. Work on things to improve your self esteem. For me it's lifting weights. I like the fact knowing that I look better than 90% of people out there. That ups the self esteem and helps me out tremendously. And if I have a bad day, I take it out on the weights.
