I relate so much. I really like languages, and I study them all the time, but I have to be very advanced to even say the simplest sentences. A lot of this is confidence, and because of our handicap it just makes this way harder for us than for others. During my final exams, my Spanish teacher literally said to me: "You are actually really good at speaking, why didn't you participate more often?".
