Cheaper alternative to SpeechEasy ear pieces?

Cheaper alternative to SpeechEasy ear pieces? There's a device called the SpeechEasy which works like a repeater in your ear. It repeats the words you speak and that apparently helps re-rout your speech to a separate part of the brain. The end result is you stutter less when using it. I was curious if a cheaper alternative exists? The ear piece is literally just repeating what you say. There has to be an app or something which works for airpods or similar which can give you the same effect. I was hoping someone might have come across an alternative like this?
