I can't get my name out, and it's effecting me mentally.

I can't get my name out, and it's effecting me mentally. Hi there. Like the title says. I can't seem to say my name without stuttering severly or blocking all together. I don't know what to try beyond putting myself in situations where i have to say it, but as soon as the moment comes, nothing comes out. Zero improvement. I know it's effecting my ability to meet ppl, enter different enviroments, make reservations. etc. And this, in turn, is really effecting my mental health. I'm not sure if this is relevant but my name starts with a vowel like Emily. Although this doesn't seem to be a problem with random words. Any advice is really appreciated.
