I feel you. I am taking a class now that is a requirement for my degree, which involves making a PowerPoint and creating a 10 minute oral presentation while going through the slides (10 min?!) We had to submit a a rough copy, I was having trouble with the speaking portion. My teacher's response was "it would help if you spoke slower and more fluid with less pauses and 'umms' "...
