Writing up a CV: Good communication skills?

Writing up a CV: Good communication skills? Having good communication skills is pretty much a standard when applying for a job. I don't shy away from asking questions, and I like to think that my writing skills are pretty satisfactory. However as someone who suffers from a mild stammer, I do have to wonder whether I should put this in my CV or just not bother since this condition does affect my ability to communicate.
