Listen to a seasoned stutterer who bombed many a job interview. In this new normal of Zoom and Skype calls/meetings/interviews, I always disclose my stutter. It shows strength, courage and resiliency. Your KSAs (knowledge, skills & abilities are going to show on your CV). What hiring managers are looking for is personality and energy.
