I think that’s a Reddit trend in general. Yes there are plenty of female identifying people on Reddit, but it’s going to be a majority men. On top of that, stuttering into adulthood affects a greater proportion of men than women. Agreed we shouldn’t assume everyone is straight and cis, not too hard to use gender neutral language.
