Been there, done that. Most of the time, first name is enough. Don't push yourself with the whole name if it's not necessary. So that takes away half of the problem. Now, your first name for sure has a common version. For example my name is Tomas and I just say Tom to make it shorter, easier. Other option is postpone the name into second or third sentence. You can start with something like...Thank you for letting me introduce as well and ok my name is Tom, I'm currently working from....This can ease the tension a bit. Once you overcome the burden of saying your name, you should become more relaxed and things will be easier.
