I use my stuttering during oral exams at my advantage. If I am asked a difficult question I and I know a little about it, I say what I know, just take a looong time to answer. Usually the professor just give up halfway and change question. Works 3/4 of the times. Disclaimer: maybe you will not get the full mark, but it's better than silence.
