I have a pretty mild stutter, like very rare. I have an adult onset stutter actually, and struggled with blocks on only r and l sounds in high pressure situation. Now I have that under control pretty much. I work in a space and defence based startup, and my team consists of 18 people. Out of 18, 2 other people stutter, both of them can be considered on mild to moderate level.
