did it helped you with your anxiety ? i mean when you were taking lexapro and when you have to talk to people were you worried about fluency ? because the whole purpose of these medications is to stop the anxiety and negative thinking related with speech... when you dont have negative thinking associated with speech and no anxiety then pair this with speech therapy and you will see results... but if you were still anxious about speech during taking lexapro then you should add buspirone as a adjunct to lexapro and see how it works on your anxiety....
