I never talk while driving because I haven't been able to train myself out of the eye-closing and clenching tics yet, and that does definitely impair my control of a vehicle. I never thought about it as it relates to games, though. How exactly are your motor skills effected? In any case, a stutter is in itself a motor control issue.
