Are you talking about people you said one sentence to? I mean it is defiently over 100 people a month who are new that I have interacted with. Also, you hear about people through others. I beleive they need to categorize different severeities but that is complicated. I go through periods where my stuttering is awful and constant, then others when you can hardly notice it. Funny when I called stuttering a spectrum on my other post in regards to this everyone downvoted it. The surveys have a clear availability bias as well, also the bias that stuttering means different things to different groups of people.
