I stutter whenever I start a sentence with "can" or "what" or "how." What are some options to fix this?

I stutter whenever I start a sentence with "can" or "what" or "how." What are some options to fix this? This is been happening for around 3-4 years now. Are there any technique or therapy options that I could consider?
