It’s irritating when someone tells me they sometimes stutter too, but it’s because they are almost always referring to a different thing (having occasional repetitions WITHOUT blocks, and the iceberg of fear and secondary behaviors). It’s just proof that the word “stutter” is not always useful to refer to a very impactful verbal dysfluency full of hard blocks, awkward body movements and complex avoidance behaviors.
