Does stuttering ever go away?

Does stuttering ever go away? Hi, I'm a 15 year old boy and I have always suffered from stuttering all my life and it never gets better. I really hate how awkward and stupid I look whenever I stutter. Sometimes my stutter just makes me want to stop talking to anyone ever. Who wants to listen to a boy that can't even speak properly? How can I even get a job in the future? Who wants to hire a guy that can't even speak properly. Does this ever go away? I really want to hear from those who grew up with stutter in their lives.
