From my experience, our worst enemy is the "pre-thinking" that we are going to stutter. If I have to speak to someone I try to focus on the outside and not on the inside, and it's day and night. Also when I have a bad period, when I imagine a situation, I always stutter in it. When I have a good period and imagine a situation, I don't stutter in it. To sum up, even if it is hard, trying not to "pre-think", "to enjoy the time" and try to be a social human being works good to me. Also leaving the "victim"/selfish position helps a lot (speaking in general, in case it helps to someone)👍🏻
