I’m a preschool teacher and it’s very common for children to have repetitions, especially on “I”. Making a big deal about it IS how it turns into an emotionally disabling dysfluency. Encourage her to talk *as much as possible* as this will strengthen her verbal skills and confidence. Talk to her, model full sentences. When she wants more Cheerios, playfully encourage her to use a full sentence “can I have more Cheerios please?” When you hear the imperfections, basically ignore it. If it gets worse over next year, then consult with your local school district but *only only agree to services with a SLP who specializes in dysfluency*. If they don’t have one, check out Tim Mackesey (SLP) or AIS
