That seems great , anything that breaks up the normal speech pattern helps decrease stuttering. Many people dont stutter when they speak with a foreign accent for example. Of course that’s not an option for daily life. But your thing sounds like a great technique, maybe it will work for others too, if not exactly that then something similar.
