In my opinion it hurt more not putting it in. I was accepted by alot of places for interviews when I didn't put it in and instead said when I got into the interview. When I put it in I got less interviews but I could tell the people were less bothered by it and got a job pretty soon after. I'd say it all depends if you're applying for jobs that require a lot of speaking. All the jobs I applied for were jobs with a lot of speaking as that's all that's in my small town. I wouldn't worry about it too much. There are more jobs at chic fil-a than just talking to the customers
