Why the down votes? This is true although a bit too vague to deal with a direct problem. And the book is a nice one to read and to apply some principals in one's life. If you who is reading this comment don't want to read it, I won't stop you this is just what I think. This is useful at some extend, just not the direct way to tackle this specific issue.
