Ive isolated myself b4 and it only makes it worse. You will find yourself in a hole you will have to crawl yourself out so id recommend not getting in the hole in the first place. Isolation is like killing yourself but remaining alive, better keep struggling socially than stay stagnant yet the world is still rotating.
