I’ve seen that as well, but your post was the only thing I’ve seen regarding “post vax stuttering”. For the record, the person I’m talking about is a 60yo/F with no history of stuttering. Also, she says it’s hard to explain, but she doesn’t feel clear headed, and has a hard time putting words together.
