I just want to say thank you for helping others here. Or I thought I did, but I also want to say thank you for posting this. I try to do the same, though when I'm down I tend to reach out to a close friend with prior context. I've been where you are more frequently and recently than I'd like to admit. So I think my advice is to embrace the things you know you're good at and enjoy. For me that's design and 3D-printing, so I make gifts for friends occasionally, or I'll just take on a crazy project and talk to people about it, because it's interesting and uniquely me. Hope you can figure out what that is for you, because even when you do have a successful career, it's a nice buffer of emotional stability to know you have so much more passion than you're willing to pour into a single job.
