Thank you for your input. By going mute, I mean completely mute as in I’d never speak no matter who I’m with. It’s just not worth looking the way I do when I speak. My face freezes and twitches. My eyes close on their own. I look like I’m having a stroke or on some kind of drugs. I’d prefer to just avoid it overall
