It's a pleasure. I am glad I could be of some help. Neuroplasticity has opened new doors for me. I no more see this habit as permanent and I am not afraid of the neurological connection that research has been pointing towards. I have always found that pushing yourself in more challenging situations is helpful. Confidence impacts stuttering to a great extent. When you are confident, you speak more fluently and stutter less. Or even if you do stutter, you recover better and care lesser. Repetition gives you confidence to perform. The biggest challenge is to take action. The hardest battle is the one fought within when you're standing outside a restaurant and wondering whether you should go in and order.. or when you have to call the customer care and wonder if you should just email them instead. Good success in your pursuit!
