well how much of bump are we talking here? lets say if your making 100k and are getting a 10k bump thats not much overall for all the headache you would have to go through but if its 20+ with more days off and more to your 401k then ya i would def take it and spend some back on myself by seeing specialists for speech and do more things like see the world. is this jobs primary duty to be an orator or maybe once in a while lead a meeting? where i work there are 4 people that stutter from a crowd of 60ish and out of those 4 people 3 of them are executives, during monthly meetings sure they look weird when they stutter but overall everyone moves on and focus on the character and the message.
