I’m pretty sure you will find that almost everyone here who has developed a comfortable fluency has done so by using disclosing of some kind (voluntary stuttering, direct disclosing etc). My personal metric is this - going hundreds of blocks/day, significant avoidance behaviors to a few minor blocks/week and almost zero avoidance behaviors. What do you think is a better way to talk with more fluency? Do you know what causes blocks? Trying too hard to be fluent!
