I would recommend with not worrying about it after the fact, what ever happens happens and don't waste your time and emotions thinking about it afterwards.  I promise yourself that no matter what, it is not helpful at all to dwell on it after so why make it worse on yourself. Start with that and watch it translate to during and before over time.  The less we care the easier it gets, its like a thumb trap, have to loosen rather than fight it.
