I've always disclosed it at the beginning. Usually I'll say something along the lines of, "Bear with me if I stutter a bit. It's just part of who I am." After being hired, some employers have said they viewed my embracing it as a strength. We all have struggles and insecurities. We just have to live with ours out in the open. The way I see it, adults should be able to talk about it. That's just how I've approached it though.
