Get yourself on an online course, I am currently doing some PowerBI courses to create dashboards (I already know how to do them but need to do them "properly" if that makes sense?). Maybe something where you can produce a portfolio. You will always have to face some kind of interview but if you have something to show a prospective employer then that's one thing ticked off. I wouldn't suggest social isolation but if you master something you can at least take a stress away from your life so that you can focus on other things.
