Stuttering and Broca s Aphasia Are broca aphasia and stuttering similar ? Since broca aphasia patient also report not being able to say what they want to, which i guess is similar to most stutterers. ? And differences in broca s area of people of who stutter are also found and they seem to be a bit impaired as compared to normally fluent people .
