Wish I had some sort of answer to what's happening. Dealing with the same thing. Sometimes It happens in daily conversation aswell though so not quite the same, but definitely more when I think too long about it This speech impediment sure sucks for when you're trying to tell a joke fast. Luckily I don't stutter in foreign languages, so I usually switch to English when I stutter.
