Depends on which ADHD med. Stimulant medications improve my stutter somewhat. I have the same effect of talking more = noticing I stutter more, but overall, I think I’m able to speak fluently for longer chunks of time. The confidence helps. Alpha2 agonists (clonidine/guanfacine) worsen it badly, even though they improve my anxiety.
