Speech therapy as an adult?

Speech therapy as an adult? So im 25m and lately I've been thinking about going to speech therapy, however, I'm hesitant about it. I wanted to know if anyone here has decided to start speech therapy as an adult, and if you saw any benefit to it as an adult. Since a lot of times when you get older you have become set in your ways.
