UPDATE FROM OP: I've recently started reading a book about stuttering from Lee Lovett, a former stutterer who hasn't stuttered in over 30 years. It's called "How To Stop Stuttering And Love Speaking". Just wanted to say that since I've started reading it less than a month ago, I've made a lot of progress and was able to severely reduce my blocks. Recommend it to everyone struggling with stuttering
