I think the best advice after almost four years in college is that nobody really gives a shit about your presentation besides the professor (no offense), and they won't deduct points for stuttering. People are generally understanding, and honestly won't even remember it pretty soon after. I've stuttered my way through plenty of presentations and nobody has ever made any notice of it. Everyone is more concerned about their own presentation anyway. Don't sweat it. If you stutter, you stutter- nothing you can do to really stop it. After you do them more regularly, it'll become much less nerve-wracking and you'll stutter much less.
