Sounds like you've had a rough week. I remember a job interview I had for a tech support help desk job, answering phones and fixing peoples problems I had recently completed my Diploma in IT which included a month doing help desk. I called them up after and asked why I didn't get the job, "We found a better candidate who understood the job better". All I could think was, at least be honest man. What I'm about to say is cliche' as fuck, but I feel its accurate. Accept what you can control about yourself and what you can't, clearly we can't always control our speech. I found focusing on other aspects of myself has improved my speech more than, any therapy or technique. Which is not to say speech therapy and management technique are wrong or bad, just that they didn't work for me. Here's a quote I like to reflect on when I'm having a rough week. "I know it seems hard sometimes but remember one thing for every dark night there's a bright day after that so no matter how hard it get. Stick your chest out, keep your head up, and handle it." - 2pac. Chin up Iliftnoodles you got this.
