How come some people's voices are a lot easier to listen to when they stutter? I don't mean to sound judgemental, I genuinely am interested what is going on here. One of my friends stutters and his stutter isn't "annoying". Mine is. We have recorded a project at work together and I have watched it a few times today, and it is very clear how much more irritating others would find me stuttering vs him. And if you listen to some guests on StutterTalk ([https://stuttertalk.com/](https://stuttertalk.com/)) some are more difficult to listen to, whereas for some of the guests **their stutter doesn't take away from how "nice" their communication sounds that much at all**.
