This doesn't cover your whole points, but stutter will only affect you socially if you allow it too. So what if you stutter when you meet a new person or when presenting or answering a question in class? No one cares! If you are afraid that they will mock you then you just saved yourself sometime and didn't make bad friends. I still struggle to talk in class or when i meet new people but i try to get out of my comfort zone and i suggest you try too. Don't make having a stutter ruin your life, use it to your advantage. Try to have an open mind about it, try to think it's ok to stutter or try to say i would like to stutter as much as i want when talking to new people. Try to think positively about it not negatively. Not sure if this would help but you could always reach out to me if you want or need anything
