How do you get a job?

How do you get a job? 24F. I run a business but lately I find myself wanting to apply for a job in a company. I just want to gain an experience and be around with new people. I had degree and eligibility too but I'm not confident enough to take interviews because of my stutter. I wonder how you guys secure a job despite your stutter. My firsttime interview left a trauma on me because words ain't coming. It's so frustrating! I used to be ok with public speaking and socializing before but as the start of pandemic up til now it worsen my stutter since I'm always at home and hasn't socialize.
